Seasonal positions we look for include Harvester (combine) Drivers, Air Seeder Tractor Drivers & Chaser Bin drivers. At MR & HL Wandel, we operate within the Australian winter crop season. Our Seeding Season takes place from March to June, during which we prepare and plant our crops. Our Harvest Season runs from October to December.

We’re seeking fit and healthy individuals with machinery experience who excel in team environments. A valid working visa and driver’s licence are required, along with a good command of English and a willingness to learn.

You can apply for seasonal work at any time of the year. We typically start assembling our seeding team in February and our harvest team in July, so applying early is encouraged.

Yes, we offer on-farm accommodation with single rooms and en-suites, along with shared living and kitchen areas.

Our casual staff engage in various tasks both in the paddock and with machinery. You could be operating tractors or harvesters, servicing or repairing equipment, preparing paddocks, or even assisting in other areas of our business. If you have specific skills, please mention them in your application—you might be the perfect fit for a specialised role. Seeding typically runs from the start of April to mid-June, with the possibility of additional work afterward. Harvest usually takes place from mid-October to mid-December.
